How it works
Everything you need, from the purchase to your first live stream with a NanoCrea pack.
Buy a pack
- Open the pack page and choose an option: the Full Pack or one part on its own.
- Sign in or create your account, then pay securely. Prices are shown in euros, taxes included.
- You receive a confirmation e-mail. Your files are linked to your account.
Download your files
- Open your account and go to your library: every purchase is listed with its files.
- Download the ZIP file on a computer, then extract it (right click, Extract all).
- Free products: type your e-mail address on their page, the download link arrives in your inbox.
Install in OBS or Streamlabs
- OBS Studio: in a scene, click + under Sources, choose Media Source for videos (.webm, .mov, .mp4) or Image for PNG files, then pick the file.
- For animated overlays, tick Loop. Keep the pack folder in one place: moving it breaks the links.
- Streamlabs Desktop: in the Editor, click + in Sources, choose Media File or Image and select the file. The same files work in both apps.
- Each pack includes a guide with the details of its scenes, alerts and scoreboard.
Find your purchases
- All your purchases on the new site are in your account, at any time.
- Bought on the previous NanoCrea store? Sign in with the same e-mail address and link your earlier purchases from your account.
- A problem? Write to us from the help page with your order e-mail.
The membership
- Three plans: GFX Monthly, Premium Monthly and Premium Annual.
- Each plan includes eligible packs, the FC27 database and the Card Creator.
- Manage or cancel your subscription from your account.
